From Farm to Table Typical Italian Dishes

We are our territory. This territory, along with the history of a family rooted in its land, are the cuisine of Seven Restaurant Café. Here the dishes speak of the small, great knowledge learned by watching mother Paola in the kitchen, but they also tell of the austere charm of the bush lived together with father Alessandro. Michele, in the kitchen, I, Andrea, in the dining room and in the cellar, let's not disregard this memory that speaks of hills dotted with olive groves, the forest of truffles and wild boars, landscapes lived in every dish with an ancient heart and modern sensitivity.

 

Our Seven is a place of perfumes: that of the yeasts that we serve with breakfast and that of the truffles, in their seasons. Truffles that are shared experience with our customers with a real hunt in the woods, which will end at the table, after many stories and emotions, to live all the gourmet magic.

The Restaurant

Ours is a solid, material cuisine, but one that knows how to make you dream by going straight to the center of the flavor. Whether it's the umbrichelli with red meat sauce, the pici with the aglione (which we grow in our garden, as well as all the vegetables we bring to the table), or whether it's the endless variations on the truffle, black, or white (tartare, fried egg with scamorza, tagliolini, gnocchetti, tagliata, fillet, and even a cream ice cream with salt and extra virgin olive oil) with us, cooking is a moment to live with joy.

A pleasure that we strive to extend even in the cellar with a selection of labels, from Italy and the world, capable of expressing excellence in every price range.

 

Seven Restaurant Café is all this, but also and above all a gastronomic atmosphere to be experienced together with us and our enthusiasm.
